Gassy Rockstar cannabis is a indica dominant hybrid (70% indica/30% sativa) strain created through a cross of the popular Rock Bud and Sensi Star Cannabis. Taking second place in a High Times Cannabis Cup hardly denotes a second rate cannabis strain, Gassy Rockstar took second place in the 2012 hybrid Category.

The maternal strain chosen by the breeders, Bonguru Beans, is Soma A+’s strain Rockbud. Rockbud is a conglomeration of Super Skunk, Big Skunk Korean, a landrace Indica from Afghanistan and Afghani Hawaii. Bonguru bred the mother with Sensi Star, a mostly Indica hybrid from Paradise Seeds. Easing tension, loosening muscles and causing users to feel happy.

The Gassy Rockstar high starts with a cerebral head rush a few minutes after toking that leaves you uplifted and extremely happy with active tendencies and motivation. Back around with another batch of BudgetBud QUADS. Excellent as always tho not as dense of a batch as I am used to from them, usually the QUADS from BudgetBuds are incredibly dense. Still, the buds are a bit dense and are very dank and sticky. The large buds bust up into really large piles of fluffy and sticky bud which rolls up very easily showing that it has a nice cure on it. The aroma is very powerful and pretty much all gas with only a slight smell of earth from the Rockstar. Flower’s are made up of multicoloured greens but mostly showing is the copious amounts of reddish orange hairs which are very densely populated all over the buds almost covering them whole. Excellent flavour in the thick and gassy smoke! All gas with a slight earthy exhale which becomes a bit spicy towards the end of your session and overall just delicious for any gas or diesel lover. Strong high produced from this batch as the thc levels are high and the terpenes are definitely strong as the aroma is incredible pungent and the cerebral euphoria come along quite quickly after the first couple of hauls.
